As a director of software engineering, I lead teams and mentor the people building what comes next.
My career includes Microsoft, Uplight, and technical leadership at BP. I studied computer science at the University of Colorado Boulder, with a focus on human-computer interaction.
My focus is on maintainable software, thoughtful technical decisions, and creating room for people to grow.
